Covenant’s Security Ministry

Covenant Church Security Ministry exists to provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment where everyone can freely worship, fellowship, and serve God. Our ministry combines faith, vigilance, preparation, teamwork, and servant leadership to help protect the congregation, church facilities, and ministries of Covenant Church.

Members can expect to receive training in situational awareness, emergency preparedness, safety procedures, communication, conflict de-escalation, and appropriate response protocols, while learning to serve with wisdom, professionalism, compassion, and discretion.

Our goal is not simply to respond to emergencies, but to be prepared before they happen—remaining watchful while creating an atmosphere where every person who enters Covenant Church can worship with confidence and peace.

We are called to watch, prepared to serve, and committed to protecting the House of God while advancing His Kingdom.

Covenant’s Social Work Ministry

We integrate Christian Faith and Social Work Practice to support the well-being of the congregation and community by partnering with the ministerial staff, providing information, referrals, resources, education and awareness that empower individuals while enduring life challenges.

Our Mission is to broker community partner relationships and resources. To provide community in-reach by way of providing social service resources to our ministerial staff; providing information and referrals addressing the unmet bio psychosocial needs of our members; providing various resources to address social issues to the community at large.
