At Covenant Church, we believe some of the most important moments in a child’s life are the moments when they discover just how much God loves them. That’s why Powerhouse Children’s Ministry is designed to help kids experience the joy of knowing Jesus in a way that is fun, engaging, and just right for their age!
While parents are worshiping and receiving all that God has for them, children have the opportunity to experience church in their own special way. Powerhouse is a vibrant, safe, and loving environment where kids can worship, learn about the Bible, build friendships, ask questions, get creative, and have a whole lot of fun!
Each experience is thoughtfully created to help children:
- Discover who Jesus is and how much He loves them
- Learn biblical truths they can understand and apply
- Experience worship in a way that engages their hearts and minds
- Participate in creative, hands-on, Bible-based activities
- Build meaningful friendships and feel connected to their church family
- Grow in their faith and begin discovering God’s purpose for their lives
- Caring leaders who want every child to feel safe, known, and loved
Our heart is to create more than just a place for children to go during service. Powerhouse is a place where faith comes alive! We want every child to leave knowing they are loved, valued, seen, and an important part of God’s family.
Who Can Participate?
Powerhouse welcomes children ages 3–11 who are potty trained. Our team is committed to creating a joyful, age-appropriate experience where every child can feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to come back each week.
